Racingline Stage 2 "EVO" Monoblock Performance Big Brake Kit - VW/Audi MQB

Description We’re pleased to announce our newStage 2 ‘EVO’ Performance Brake upgrade.This kit is a revised version of ourpopular Stage 2 Brake Kitusingan all-new 4-piston lightweight mono block caliper design running on the same single-piece 345mm discs as before (or for our specific kitforPolo 6C/6R & Audi S1 kit,it’s a330mm disc).

This new ‘EVO’ caliper is much closer in appearance to our stunning Stage 3 Brake Kit. The caliper is also bigger, allowing amuch larger pad size (it uses exaclty thesame pad as a Ferrari F40!). Following customer demand, this is now a generic pad size, meaning you can select your own brand of pad and compound in future should you prefer. Despite the larger size, the Monoblock calipers are still the same weight as our previous kit – coming in at around HALF the weight of the factory Golf R / Audi S3 brake. Bringing a real sportscar look and feel in the braking department for demanding fast road use – all at an affordable price.

The new calipers are a lightweight Monoblock one-piece construction, usually reserved for the highest-specification motorsport kits, being vastly stiffer and lighter than the OEM calipers. The kit comes in at almosthalfthe weight of the original for significant unsprung mass savings. The caliper, pads and bracket assembly weigh in at 4.4kg (9.7lb) vs 8.6kg (18.9lb) for the factory Golf 7R kit.
